If the plans of your traveling outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have been changed then you can cancel the exit/re-entry visa. The cancelation of the Exit/Re-Entry visa can be done within 90 days of issue or Travel Before Date mentioned on the Visa. There is no fee for the cancelation of the exit/re-entry visa. However, the fee paid for the issuance of an Exit/Re-Entry Visa will not be refundable. There is a penalty if the Exit/Re-Entry visa expires. The penalty should be paid of SR 1,000 for the first time, SR 2,000 for the second time, and SR 3,000 for the third time. Procedure For Employees
The sponsor/employer is only permitted to cancel the exit/re-entry visa of an employee. The employee will have to ask his sponsor/employer to cancel the exit/re-entry visa. The sponsor/employer can cancel the exit/re-entry visa through Absher.
Procedure For Dependents
The head of the house (father or husband) can cancel the exit/re-entry visa of the dependents as they are under the sponsorship of the head of the house (father or husband). Here are the steps

- Log In.
- Go To eServices.
- Then To Passports.
- Go To Dependent Service Section.
- Click On More Details (of Particular Dependent).
