Many people’s Emirates IDs are linked to the phone number of their company’s HR. It is best to have your personal number linked to the Emirates ID. The ICA offers smart services online without having to visit the federal authority. Here is the procedure to change the mobile number linked to Emirates ID.
VISIT THE ICA SMART SERVICES WEBSITE
- Visit this ICA Website.
- Enter your Name.
- Enter Passport Number
- Enter Date of Birth as per the passport.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Select the box saying the registered mobile number.
- Enter your new mobile number in the box.
- OTP will be received on the mobile number you just entered.
- Enter the OTP.
- Enter the Captcha.
VERIFICATION AND REVIEW OF YOUR APPLICATION
Review the applications and verify the details entered. Double-check all the information you have added to ensure accuracy.
PAYMENT
You will be redirected to the payment page after filling out the forms The cost of applying to change the mobile number linked to your Emirates ID is AED 52.10. After you complete this process, you will receive an email with an invoice for payment. Your phone number will be updated within 7 days. You can check the status of your Emirates ID to find out if it has been updated. If the request is rejected, you will receive a refund.
