Guide To Issue Umrah, Prayer, Visit Permit Via Tawakkalna App

The citizens and residents can obtain a permit to perform umrah, prayer, or to visit the Grand Mosque or the Prophet’s Mosque by applying for permits through the Tawakkalna app. The permits will be issued to the citizens and residents who have been vaccinated as per the records of Tawakkalna. The categories of people who can apply for permits are

• The person who received two doses of COVID-19 vaccination.
• Immune person after 14 days of the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
• The person who has recovered from the Coronavirus.

Procedure To Issue Prayer Permit

• Open the Tawakkalna App.
• Login or Register.
• Go to Services.
• From the Hajj and Umrah services click Issue Permits.
• Choose Grand Mosque or Prophet’s Mosque.
• Choose the beneficiaries (Dependents, Sponsored, Companions).
• Select time, date, and prayer.
• Choose the assembly point and residence city (arrival).
• Then Click Issue The Permit.
• “The permits has been issued successfully” will be displayed upon completion.

Procedure To Issue Umrah Permit

• Open the app.
• Login.
• Go to services.
• From the Hajj and Umrah services click Issue Permits.
• Choose the permit “Performing Umrah”.
• Choose the beneficiaries.
• Select time and date.
• Choose the assembly point and residence city (arrival).
• Now, the permit can be viewed.

Procedure To Issue Permit To Visit Prophet’s Mosque

• Open the app.
• Login.
• Go to services.
• From the Hajj and Umrah services click Issue Permits.
• Choose the permit “Prophet Visit”.
• Choose the beneficiaries.
• Select time and date.
• Choose the assembly point and residence city (arrival).
• Now, the permit can be viewed.
