Procedure To Apply For Iqama For New Born in Saudi Arabia

Documents Required

• Birth Certificate
• NewBorn’s Passport
• NewBorn’s Insurance Card
• Dependent Fee Payment
• NewBorn’s Photographs
• Passport Copy of The Father
• Passport Copy of The Mother
• Iqama Copy of The Father
• Iqama Copy of The Mother
• Iqama Copy Filled and With Company’s Stamp
• If Wife is not under the sponsorship by you, Original Marriage Certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• If Applying for The Visa After 12 Months of Birth, Fine of SAR 1000 Must be Paid

Procedure To Apply If Baby Was Born In KSA

• Go to the Ministry of Interior’s Absher Website.
• Book an Appointment for Birth Registration.
• Submit The Required Documents And Take the Birth Certificate.
• Obtain Passport Form The Embassy.
• Pay Dependent Fee.
• Obtain Jawazat Appoint From Absher.  
• Submit The Iqama Form Along With Documents Required At Jawazat.
• After Submission The Iqama Will Be Issued Instantly.

Procedure To Apply If Baby Was Born Outside KSA

• Obtain Passport From The Home Country For The Baby.
• Pay Dependent Fee.
• If Delayed Taking The Iqama Pay The Penalty.
• Obtain Jawazat Appoint From Absher.
• Submit The Form Along With The Required Documents At Jawazat.
• After Submission The Iqama Will Be Issued Instantly.
